GPS Locations report
The GPS Locations report records every tag in and tag out captured by the PASSforcare app, complete with latitude, longitude, timestamp and accuracy.
Care managers can confirm that visits happened at the correct address and time, then act quickly if something looks wrong.
A reading outside the expected radius or an old GPS timestamp is flagged in seconds. That means quicker exception handling, stronger safeguarding and a clear audit trail for commissioners, families and inspectors.
You will find the report in Reports > Employees > GPS Locations (note, you’ll need to be logged into PASS to access).


Sage 50 Payroll export report
The Sage 50 Payroll export report creates a file that matches Sage’s import template exactly. No copy and paste, no re-formatting.
Set your payment reference codes once in Roster settings, then let PASS do the heavy lifting.
Finance teams can download a Sage-ready CSV, upload it straight into Sage 50 and finish the pay run sooner with fewer errors.
