These terms apply to the PASS “Attend a demo, get rewarded” promotion.

1. Promoter
PASS by everyLIFE Technologies Limited.

2. Offer period
The promotion applies to eligible demo or webinar appointments attended between 31 March 2026 and 30 April 2026 (inclusive).

3. Eligibility

£50 Amazon gift card reward:

• You must be a registered care provider delivering CQC-regulated care in England, or equivalent regulatory registration in Scotland (Care Inspectorate), Wales (CIW), Northern Ireland (RQIA), or Ireland (HIQA).

• You must not be an existing customer
• You must currently be delivering care to 15 or more service users at the time of booking.
• The attendee must be a manager, director, owner, or equivalent decision-maker with authority to evaluate new care management systems.
• The attendee must complete a scheduled PASS demo lasting at least 30 minutes, delivered live online by a PASS representative.

£25 Amazon gift card reward for start-ups:
• You must be CQC/CIW/HIS/RQIA/HIQA registered.
• You must currently be delivering care to fewer than 15 service users at the time of booking.
• The attendee must be a manager, director, owner, or equivalent decision-maker with authority to evaluate new care management systems.
• The attendee must attend a verified live PASS webinar or PASS demo during the promotional period.
• Webinar attendance must be verified as at least 75 percent of the live session duration.
• Eligibility will be confirmed by the PASS team before issuing the reward.

4. Terminology
References to a “tour”, “demo”, “product demo”, or similar wording all refer to the same activity: a scheduled PASS product demonstration delivered by a PASS representative.

5. Availability and capacity
• Demo and webinar capacity is limited. Appointment slots during the promotional period are not guaranteed.
• Eligible bookings will be prioritised based on the timestamp of confirmed booking and eligibility verification.
• PASS will make reasonable efforts to offer the next available session if capacity is reached.

6. Reward limits and supply
• One reward per care provider organisation.
• A total of 30 rewards (Amazon gift cards) are available across the promotion on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once limits are reached, no further rewards will be issued, even if eligible sessions take place.

• Cannot be used with any other offer e.g. the customer referral scheme

7. Reward distribution
• Rewards will be issued as digital Amazon gift cards to the attendee’s email address within 14 working days of eligibility confirmation.
• Local Amazon card availability and Amazon’s own terms apply.
• Proof of eligibility may be required before the reward is issued.

8. Exclusions
• Existing PASS customers or organisations currently engaged in an active sales process with PASS are not eligible.
• No-shows or demo sessions shorter than 30 minutes do not qualify for the £50 reward.
• Watching webinar recordings does not qualify. Attendance must be live.
• Rewards are not available to individuals without a registered and regulated care provider organisation.

• Organisations or individuals who have previously attended a PASS demo or webinar at any time prior to this promotion are not eligible.

9. Misuse and fraud prevention
• PASS may withhold or cancel a reward if fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behaviour is suspected.
• Eligibility decisions made by PASS are final once confirmed.

10. Data protection
• Personal data will be processed in line with the PASS Privacy Notice, available on our website.

11. General
• Rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• PASS may amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary for reasons outside its control. Confirmed eligible bookings made before any withdrawal will be honoured.
• Participation in the promotion indicates acceptance of these terms.
