£200 onboarding reward terms and conditions
These terms set out how the PASS onboarding reward offer works. By participating in this offer, you agree to these terms.
Promoter
The promoter of this offer is everyLIFE Technologies Ltd, the provider of PASS care management software.
Eligibility
2.1 This offer is open to organisations purchasing PASS care management software between Monday 1st June and Monday 31st August 2026.
2.2 The organisation must be:
- A new PASS customer, or
- A returning PASS customer who has not held an active PASS contract within the previous 6 months.
2.3 Existing PASS customers are not eligible for this offer.
2.4 PASS employees, contractors, resellers, partners, agencies, consultants, or their immediate family members may not participate unless explicitly approved in writing by PASS.
Qualifying purchase
3.1 To qualify for the reward, the customer organisation must:
- Sign a PASS software contract of at least 12 months.
- Complete the onboarding process.
- Pay their first monthly PASS subscription invoice in full.
3.2 The offer applies only to genuine new customer agreements.
3.3 Contracts or accounts created primarily for the purpose of obtaining rewards are not permitted.
3.4 PASS reserves the right to determine whether a purchase qualifies for this offer.
Reward
4.1 Eligible customer organisations will receive one £200 Amazon gift card reward.
4.2 The reward will only be issued after the customer has successfully completed their first monthly billing cycle and their account remains in good standing.
4.3 Rewards will normally be issued within 30 days of eligibility confirmation.
4.4 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.5 PASS accepts no responsibility for the use, loss, expiry, or replacement of third-party gift cards.
4.6 PASS reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary.
Exclusions and restrictions
5.1 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other PASS reward, referral programme, discount, promotion, onboarding incentive, or special commercial agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing by PASS.
5.2 Only one reward may be claimed per customer organisation.
5.3 Multiple applications, duplicate accounts, connected organisations, or attempts to obtain multiple rewards from the same organisation or ownership group are not permitted.
5.4 Connected organisations include, but are not limited to:
- Organisations with shared directors.
- Organisations with shared shareholders or ownership.
- Organisations with shared management.
- Subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or organisations under common control.
5.5 PASS reserves the right to determine whether organisations are connected for the purposes of this offer.
Cancellations and clawback
6.1 If the customer:
- Cancels their contract.
- Fails to pay invoices when due.
- Requests a refund.
- Otherwise falls out of good standing within the first three (3) months of service.
PASS reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or reclaim the reward.
Abuse and fraud
7.1 PASS reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards where it reasonably suspects:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of the offer.
- Duplicate or connected accounts.
- False or misleading information.
- Attempts to manipulate or exploit the offer.
- Any breach of these terms.
7.2 Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or abuse this offer may result in disqualification from current and future PASS promotions.
- Verification
8.1 PASS may request reasonable information to verify eligibility before issuing rewards.
8.2 If verification cannot be completed, PASS reserves the right to withhold the reward.
Tax responsibility
9.1 Participants are responsible for any personal or business tax liability arising from receipt of the reward.
9.2 PASS accepts no responsibility for reporting or paying taxes associated with rewards unless required by law.
Data protection
10.1 PASS will process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
Changes to the offer
11.1 PASS reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel this offer at any time.
11.2 Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been earned and confirmed prior to the change.
Liability
12.1 PASS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in this offer.
12.2 PASS does not guarantee the continued availability of this promotion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
