PASS training is delivered in four personalised stages across eight easy-to-digest modules, covering set-up, staff scheduling, finance and care planning.

Each module – led by an experienced PASS Launch Project Manager – is designed to help you feel supported and confident using PASS and get you up and running as soon as possible.

Your implementation is managed through an online portal, providing full visibility of milestones, deadlines, tasks and progress to date.

Yes, as part of your step-by-step onboarding process, we will train your team so that they are confident using the PASS web and mobile app. Additional one-to-one training for new users is also available on request.

We will also make all our training materials and recorded sessions available on demand.

Yes! Our training takes place virtually, meaning your team doesn’t have to take extended time out from providing care. Face to face training is available on request.
