By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

1. The Competition opens at 00:01 on Wednesday, 24th April 2024, and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, 28th April 2024.
2. To enter the free prize draw, entrants must provide their first name and email address, and answer the applicable questions. 
3. One entrant will be selected at random as the prize draw winner. The prize is a £100 Costa Coffee voucher.
4. The prize is non-transferable and holds no cash alternative.
5. The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 and over and work in the care sector.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.
7. The winner will be chosen at random on Monday, 29th April 2024.
8. The prize draw winner will be contacted via email within five days of the prize draw.
9. The winner must respond to the notification within 28 days to claim their prize.
10. The prize will be fulfilled and delivered to the winner within one month of receipt of their email response.
