We are delighted to have been announced as a finalist for the second consecutive year in the Tech for Good category of the UK Business Tech Awards 2022.
Our nomination this year explores how our recently launched PASS Reporting tool is a key enabler for social care providers to meet the Department of Health & Social Care’s goals for widespread digitally enabled care and the promotion of safer care supported by relevant information.
Whilst it was obvious that the uptake of digital social care records was generating enormous amounts of care data, it was also clear to us that the data collected was being vastly underutilised. To us, that represented a lost opportunity to improve the quality of care.
PASS Reporting was therefore conceived with the aim of improving data accessibility for the PASS community of care providers, removing the barriers that were preventing them from leveraging their data to the fullest.
In November 2021 we launched our enhanced PASS Reporting suite, giving users unprecedented access to their data at no additional charge, to enable better informed decision making and ultimately better quality, safer care.
Since launch we have been working closely with care providers to help them leverage their own data for better decision-making and ultimately better outcomes. Their feedback has been outstanding, specifically:
- Safer care, through faster, better-informed decision-making
- More responsive, evidence-based care delivery
- More effective, better-led care, with enhanced trend analysis to guide more timely interventions
- Improved CQC ratings, due to improved ability to provide relevant evidence to inspectors
