How do the two systems work together?

ConnectedCare will be your management system, helping you to maintain your staff and clients, and manage many other administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, invoicing and HR Compliance.

Carers will log in using PASS app, giving them immediate access to all customer information stored on PASS, such as their care plan, tasks, medication, outcomes and other service user/appointment information.

Once a visit is completed, the carers check out using PASS mobile app, which digitally updates both ConnectedCare and PASS simultaneously.

This combined functionality allows coordinators and managers to use the ConnectedCare system to run invoicing or payroll, view updated rotas, and any other communications that have taken place via PASS, all in real-time.
