Where can we see the communications for openPASS?
Currently, when an openPASS communication is received by your office, two things will happen.
You will receive an email detailing who the message is from and which user it applies to.
The message will appear in the customer's communication tab.
Click on a 'thread' to view the details of the message.
You can reply by clicking the 'add' button in the top right of the screen.
We are working on ways to make communications more intuitive and easy to see in the future.
