The user is unable to log in
Please go through the following steps to check why the user may not be able to log in:
- Check the email address is spelt correctly on www.passgenius.com
- Check if the user is logging in with the correct email address, and not just their name
- Check that the user has gone through the reset password process
- If these all check out, or still unsuccessful, then you should revoke access and go through the consent process again
- If there are still issues, then you can escalate to us and we will investigate further
