Looking forward with confidence

The COVID-19 pandemic has taught us a huge amount. As we all emerge from an extremely difficult period for the care industry, we are keen to talk to you about the ways in which we can support you and help your organisation grow and thrive in the future. Patterns, trends and insights drawn from digital care management can help you save time, money and allocate your limited resources more effectively. We’ve been working hard on tools and services that can help you do this and we’d love to talk to you about them. If you’d like to book a meeting slot with one of our team at the event please use the calendar below. Alternatively, feel free to email hello@everylifetechnologies.com or call 03300 940 118.

About PASS

PASS is a digital care management platform that has been co-developed with care managers and carers to help you safely meet the demands of your workload.

You can create personalised care pathways and capture details needed to deliver truly person-centred care including:

  • Clear information about the people you care about and what is important to them
  • Each care activity given to each person you care about
  • Assessments and observations
  • Progress against outcomes

It’s really easy to create reports and see trends in the information you capture too. All of the information you record in PASS can be tracked, reviewed and tagged, allowing you to share it with families, commissioners, the regulator and allied care professionals.
