Married Mal is the co-creator of an adorable baby boy and is equally passionate about solving real life market problems in the care industry with excellent product design, development and user experience. He has 10+ years’ experience working in implementation, product management and development in health care and is a huge cricket fan and, his colleagues reveal, “A very amateur photographer.”
For the last 15 years John has supported software, training and project managing on IT projects in the UK and internationally. With plenty of Airmiles under his belt, John’s experience puts him in a great place to support the everyLIFE Technologies’ Implementation team, making customers’ business roll-out of PASS as smooth as possible. Football fan John makes it his goal to ensure the training that we deliver is engaging and straight-forward, whilst also ensuring the implementation is planned and well supported.
Laurie leads the Customer Experience team responsible for post-sale support, including product implementation, product training and customer support. Laurie has spent the last eight years working for large US IT corporations including Microsoft and Intuit and she brings a strong background in designing Customer Experience strategies, building Customer Service teams and implementing effective processes that delight customers across the complete Customer Experience journey. In her spare time Laurie listens to very old music on a very old record player.
Robert leads product and marketing design. He has over 25 years’ cross-media experience. A trained journalist with a degree in English, he has contributed to websites, magazines and newspapers including The Observer, Bizarre and England Rugby. His cross-media experience from design, writing and marketing means he is able to launch relevant products for a wide range of end-users. At weekends and evenings he drives his two sons to endless sports fixtures and training sessions.
A senior and long-serving developer at everyLIFE, Dmitri is so passionate about technology and our product that, sometimes, his fellow developers have to concentrate very hard to understand what he’s talking about! Dmitri focuses on maintaining quality in our code while still keeping up with the rapid growth of the business.
Adam brings over 20 years’ experience as a system architect and developer to everyLIFE, leading the technical architecture design of PASS. Previously, he has run SaaS projects for mobile pioneers, Volantis Systems; mobile web content delivery platform, Fabric, and design and ops management of digital publishing cloud service, PressRun. Adam has a wealth of experience running high quality, highly available online services and still makes time to walk his two young daughters to school every Friday!
Taffy brings a wealth of risk management and clinical governance experience, gained through many years of working in the health sector. Qualified nurse and holder of two MAs, Taffy has spoken nationally on the subject of risk management and patient safety, including collaborating with other experts to co-author and publish a text book on the subject.
Karen joined everyLIFE in 2019 as Financial Controller and has recently been appointed to the Board. Karen brings to everyLIFE her experience as a qualified accountant and Finance Director working in both the care sector for a fast growing specialist epilepsy care provider and, more recently, a SaaS business in the flexible benefit and HR software market. In her spare time she likes to keep fit and listen to live music, mainly rock!
Duncan joins everyLIFE from EY. As a Director, he led their public sector Advisory team in Scotland. He brings extensive experience of building high performing teams to make a real difference to communities across Scotland. Duncan also developed EY’s Intelligent Automation campaign for local public services; unleashing the potential of people through practical digital solutions.
Married with three daughters, Andrew is resigned to a life as a “good listener”. With 15+ years’ experience working in product management and delivery across a range of industries including banking, retail and healthcare, he is devoted to understanding real and pervasive customer problems and delivering solutions that tick all the boxes of desirability, feasibility and viability. Andrew is a frequent visitor to Lympne Safari Park in Kent to see the bears.
Robin has been the cornerstone investor in the company since its initial financing in 2014 and became Chairman of everyLIFE in 2016. Prior to this Robin spent twenty years as an Investment Manager and Managing Director at BlackRock, Merrill Lynch and Mercury Asset Management where his team specialised in managing portfolios of fast growth, energy and energy technology companies around the world. Robin’s interest in the care sector came, like many others, from his growing personal experience of family members requiring top-quality care while living many miles apart.
