As the first product of its type, The PASSsystem defined the standard for digital care planning and changed how technology enhances the delivery of care in the UK. With materially more engineers and delivery staff than any potential competitor, everyLIFE is strategically resourced to maintain and extend this market lead for the long-term.
Strategic and operational decisions are taken by a Senior Management Team with an excellent combined pedigree, blending sector specialism, technical expertise and business development and governance.
Recruitment follows a rigorous process but, once on board, all employees benefit from a pro-active professional development plan and a policy to promote from within wherever possible. All everyLIFE employees are each required to undertake and pass the NHS Data Security Awareness training course and it is notable that a culture of compliance is embedded in the DNA of the company and its people.

Robin has been the cornerstone investor in the company since its initial financing in 2014 and became Chairman of everyLIFE in 2016. Prior to this Robin spent twenty years as an Investment Manager and Managing Director at BlackRock, Merrill Lynch and Mercury Asset Management where his team specialised in managing portfolios of fast growth, energy and energy technology companies around the world. Robin’s interest in the care sector came, like many others, from his growing personal experience of family members requiring top-quality care while living many miles apart.

Bruce has over 25 years’ experience in a variety of CFO & CEO positions for privately owned and listed businesses. His experience includes M&A, corporate restructuring, public company fundraising and strategic planning. Prior to everyLIFE, Bruce worked as FD at Retail Marketing, a fast growth marketing agency, was FD then CEO of AIM listed Protec Plc and Managing Director of MITIE Security Systems. An avid cricket fan, Bruce dreams of opening the batting for England against the Aussies, however is now concentrating on scoring runs in the back garden off the bowling of his grandchildren.

The PASSsystem has proved completely intuitive to use, even for the least technical care assistant – a revelation.
My Supervisors no longer spend 65% of their time in the office typing up notes taken at assessment meetings – they do it once with the customer, and get it right from the outset. My Supervisors now spend 90% of their time out in the community – better care, improved support for care workers, and more assessments.
We saw the service had made improved use of information through the implementation of The PASSsystem for assessing the quality of the service provided, including the consistency of care provided to individuals. The PASSsystem has the potential to provide the service with a greater range of information which can be utilised for Quality Assurance. This will include outcomes and tasks completed and missed.
