As the first product of its type, The PASSsystem defined the standard for digital care planning and changed how technology enhances the delivery of care in the UK. With materially more engineers and delivery staff than any potential competitor, everyLIFE is strategically resourced to maintain and extend this market lead for the long-term.
Strategic and operational decisions are taken by a Senior Management Team with an excellent combined pedigree, blending sector specialism, technical expertise and business development and governance.
Recruitment follows a rigorous process but, once on board, all employees benefit from a pro-active professional development plan and a policy to promote from within wherever possible. All everyLIFE employees are each required to undertake and pass the NHS Data Security Awareness training course and it is notable that a culture of compliance is embedded in the DNA of the company and its people.

Bruce has over 25 years’ experience in a variety of CFO & CEO positions for privately owned and listed businesses. His experience includes M&A, corporate restructuring, public company fundraising and strategic planning. Prior to everyLIFE, Bruce worked as FD at Retail Marketing, a fast growth marketing agency, was FD then CEO of AIM listed Protec Plc and Managing Director of MITIE Security Systems. An avid cricket fan, Bruce dreams of opening the batting for England against the Aussies, however is now concentrating on scoring runs in the back garden off the bowling of his grandchildren.

Taffy brings a wealth of risk management and clinical governance experience, gained through many years of working in the health sector. Qualified nurse and holder of two MAs, Taffy has spoken nationally on the subject of risk management and patient safety, including collaborating with other experts to co-author and publish a text book on the subject.
Chief Product Officer
An expert in Lean and Agile software development practices, David leads the company’s engineering process for back-end systems and mobile apps. He is responsible for our IT operations, ensuring the system is monitored and highly available. David has over 20 years’ experience in IT, ranging from mission-critical defence systems, workflow-based financial systems, through to high capacity trading platforms. For the last six years, David has built high-performing technical teams for financial services businesses including HSBC and Pershing Securities. In his spare time, David talks about Lean and Agile software development practices.

Co-founder & CDO
Robert leads product and marketing design. He has over 25 years' cross-media experience. A trained journalist with a degree in English, he has contributed to websites, magazines and newspapers including The Observer, Bizarre and England Rugby. His cross-media experience from design, writing and marketing means he is able to launch relevant products for a wide range of end-users. At weekends and evenings he drives his two sons to endless sports fixtures and training sessions.
Head of Product
Married with three daughters, Andrew is resigned to a life as a “good listener”. With 15+ years’ experience working in product management and delivery across a range of industries including banking, retail and healthcare, he is devoted to understanding real and pervasive customer problems and delivering solutions that tick all the boxes of desirability, feasibility and viability. Andrew is a frequent visitor to Lympne Safari Park in Kent to see the bears.
Head of Customer Experience
Laurie leads the Customer Experience team responsible for post-sale support, including product implementation, product training and customer support. Laurie has spent the last eight years working for large US IT corporations including Microsoft and Intuit and she brings a strong background in designing Customer Experience strategies, building Customer Service teams and implementing effective processes that delight customers across the complete Customer Experience journey. In her spare time Laurie listens to very old music on a very old record player.
Head of Marketing
Anoushka Farouk joined the team at everyLIFE Technologies in 2016, with responsibility for digital marketing programs, communications and conversion optimisation. Prior to joining everyLIFE, keep-fit enthusiast Anoushka developed marketing strategies for several technology companies, specialising in website development, paid advertising, events management and marketing communications.
Senior Scala Developer
A senior and long-serving developer at everyLIFE, Dmitri is so passionate about technology and our product that, sometimes, his fellow developers have to concentrate very hard to understand what he's talking about! Dmitri focuses on maintaining quality in our code while still keeping up with the rapid growth of the business.
Lead System Architect
Adam brings over 20 years' experience as a system architect and developer to everyLIFE, leading the technical architecture design of The PASSsystem. Previously, he has run SaaS projects for mobile pioneers, Volantis Systems; mobile web content delivery platform, Fabric, and design and ops management of digital publishing cloud service, PressRun. Adam has a wealth of experience running high quality, highly available online services and still makes time to walk his two young daughters to school every Friday!
Head of Training and Integration
For the last 15 years John has supported software, training and project managing on IT projects in the UK and internationally. With plenty of Airmiles under his belt, John's experience puts him in a great place to support the everyLIFE Technologies’ Implementation team, making customers' business roll-out of The PASSsystem as smooth as possible. Football fan John makes it his goal to ensure the training that we deliver is engaging and straight-forward, whilst also ensuring the implementation is planned and well supported.
The PASSsystem has proved completely intuitive to use, even for the least technical care assistant – a revelation.
My Supervisors no longer spend 65% of their time in the office typing up notes taken at assessment meetings – they do it once with the customer, and get it right from the outset. My Supervisors now spend 90% of their time out in the community – better care, improved support for care workers, and more assessments.
We saw the service had made improved use of information through the implementation of The PASSsystem for assessing the quality of the service provided, including the consistency of care provided to individuals. The PASSsystem has the potential to provide the service with a greater range of information which can be utilised for Quality Assurance. This will include outcomes and tasks completed and missed. Operational statistics will include reviews and staff supervision as well as analysis of nutritional and hydration information entered by staff.
The system reduces the time and cost of setting up care plans for patients going home from hospital by 50%. This has delivered a £20K saving to my bottom line.
By listening carefully to the care industry, everyLIFE have developed a solution that greatly helps join up the provision of customer-centred care. They are on a mission to bring the much needed technical answers to the business challenges we are all facing. I very much look forward to seeing the new functionality they have in the next release and beyond.
